Arts Link Jeffco (ALJ) was founded in 2003 by Lakewood Mayor Steve Burkholder, who saw a need for collaboration among Lakewood arts and cultural organizations. Over time, the mission was expanded to include all of Jefferson County. Activities that ArtsLinkJeffco currently focuses on include networking and communication among people in the arts and arts-related organizations in Jefferson County, developing this website, including an accompanying calendar of events for ALJ members, promoting the activities of ALJ members, and presenting an annual award to recognize an outstanding organization or individual who exemplifies our mission.

ArtsLinkJeffco meets quarterly; all are welcome to attend meetings. Only dues-paying members ($25.00 per calendar year) are eligible to be listed on the Website and events calendars. For further information, contact Mary Anne Fleet, chair, at (303) 980-0400.
